The Problem
When Don and Julio came to RISEmpowerment in February 2023, they had already built a strong reputation managing a successful chain of car washes in Anchorage, Alaska. But they were launching a new business venture: Alaska Wash Support, a distribution and service hub for car wash businesses offering installation, equipment maintenance, and chemical supply.
Despite their experience and solid business plan, they ran into a surprising but increasingly common challenge—funding and business services were being denied or delayed due to a lack of online presence. Even with proper licensing, LLC paperwork, and operational readiness, lenders and vendors now see a professional website as a basic marker of legitimacy.
With a tight deadline (just two months!), Don and Julio needed a fully built brand identity and website—fast.
The Solution
We jumped in immediately. Here’s how we brought their vision to life:
Brand Discovery & Development
Through weekly strategy sessions, we refined the brand’s voice: one that represents trust, professionalism, expertise, and a strong sense of local Alaskan pride.
We explored several directions for their logo and color palette, eventually landing on a clean, bold, acronym-based design (AWS) to simplify their long name and create a versatile visual brand. A deep navy conveyed strength and reliability, balanced with a cool palette of blues and grays to reflect Alaska’s vast, remote landscape.
Bonus: We expanded the brand kit with business cards, merchandise mockups, and supply catalog designs so they had a cohesive, professional look across every touchpoint.
Website Strategy & Execution
Using RISEmpowerment’s proprietary Branding and Website Planning Workbooks, we made the website process streamlined and collaborative. Don and Julio stayed on track by prepping content between our meetings, allowing us to meet their rapid launch deadline.
The site we built is equal parts beautiful and functional—designed to:

Social Media & Digital Presence
To round out their digital footprint, we set up a fully branded Instagram account along with custom-designed post templates. Now their team can easily maintain a cohesive presence online with plug-and-play content designs.
