Nurture Grace Thrive

Project Scope: Branding | Website Design | Strategic Buildout

Problem

Coach Cate—affectionately known to many in her community—has been a dear friend and colleague for the past five years. Formerly a financial advisor mentored by Jonathan, Cate decided to realign her professional path with her original passion: women’s health and wellness. What started as a small, local coaching program quickly took off, transforming into a fully-fledged coaching business in just a few short months.

With her success taking root so rapidly, Cate needed a brand identity and online presence to match the momentum. She came to us for a full buildout: a cohesive brand, a clear visual identity, a high-converting website, and operational workflows that could scale as fast as her vision.

Solution

Together, we brought Nurture Grace & Thrive: Women’s Wellness Coaching to life—starting from the ground up. Cate had a general color palette in mind, leaning into earthy greens, pinks, and charcoal gray, but she wasn’t quite sure what she wanted her brand to look like. Through our RISEmpowerment Brand Strategy Sessions, we uncovered a unique and meaningful direction.

We landed on a highly stylized logo that balances strength, femininity, and grace. The icon can be interpreted in several ways—a lotus, an abstract woman, or a heart—beautifully reflecting the themes of empowerment and transformation woven throughout her coaching. From there, we extended the brand into a full website build that aligned with her voice and values.

Key features included:

  • A seamless testimonial section to offer social proof for her growing audience.

  • Integrated her current scheduling system with plans to migrate to Squarespace’s native Acuity Scheduling for a smoother client experience.

  • Clear CTAs and conversion-focused copy to make every visitor journey intentional and inviting.

Within just 3 months of launching, Cate’s website surpassed 1,300 page views, helping her grow her reach far beyond her initial local base.

Results

Cate didn’t stop after launch—she doubled down on her momentum. Two workshop series at local gyms catapulted her visibility even further, prompting us to:

  • Build a new Workshops Page featuring clickable event listings, compelling descriptions, and purchase buttons.

  • Develop scalable booking systems and branded confirmation emails using Acuity.

  • Begin creating a digital marketing roadmap including blog content, lead magnets, and nurture email sequences—all tailored to continue supporting her rapidly expanding community.

We are currently in Phase II of her business development, focusing on:

  • Client experience automation

  • Email marketing campaigns

  • Integrated payment and scheduling

  • Lead-nurturing content creation

Cate’s clear vision, commitment to growth, and heart for helping women thrive make this partnership one we’re deeply proud of. 💛

Growth Plan

Together, we’re building a business that’s deeply rooted in impact. What’s ahead:

  • Launch of a digital wellness library and on-demand video content.

  • Monthly blog content and wellness education emails.

  • Branded downloads to increase opt-ins and conversions.

  • Long-term roadmap for membership or subscription-based offerings.
