Do It Right Drainage
Project Scope: Branding | Website Design | Marketing Support
The Problem
Do It Right Drainage came to RISEmpowerment at the perfect moment—right as they were entering a critical growth season. Founder Alan Louder, with years of hands-on industry experience, had launched a new residential drainage company built on quality, craftsmanship, and doing it right the first time—but their brand and online presence didn’t yet match that standard.
They had a bare-bones website, a simple contact setup for lead intake, and a “business card-style” logo that didn’t reflect the professionalism, trust, or long-term value they bring to homeowners. The goal wasn’t just to “look better”—it was to convert more confidently, stand out in a competitive market, and build authority in their service regions.
The Solution
This project began with a little Adirondack kismet—meeting their Director of Operations, Ken, while camping in Lake George—and turned into an aligned, high-trust partnership with Alan and his sister Tawnya.
While the original request focused on marketing and social media strategy, RISEmpowerment recommended a more complete approach: brand + website + marketing as one connected conversion system. The team agreed, and we moved fast with an aggressive two-month production schedule to be ready for spring.
We kicked off with RISEmpowerment’s proprietary brand enhancement experience, including a collaborative whiteboarding session to clarify the company’s mission, values, and voice. From there we delivered:
A logo that’s simple, strong, and professional—understated, but memorable
A clean, fully branded website that clearly explains services, mission, and process
A conversion pathway that connects leads directly into their CRM workflow
A foundational local SEO strategy to support visibility in their target service areas
A social media strategy built from the new brand voice and content pillars
The Results
Do It Right Drainage now shows up online the way they show up in real life: confident, clear, professional, and built for long-term trust.
Highlights:
A cohesive brand identity that matches the quality of their installs
A user-friendly website that educates prospects and drives inquiries
Clear service positioning to support stronger word-of-mouth and referral conversion
Local SEO direction that supports growth in their priority regions
A complete social media direction rooted in craftsmanship, clarity, and credibility
They also secured RISEmpowerment for ongoing marketing, social media, and website management, creating continuity as the business scales.
The Growth Plan
Build market authority through consistent education-based content (before/after, “drainage as a system,” homeowner tips)
Launch an email newsletter with useful seasonal guidance for prospects and past clients
Strengthen regional visibility across platforms with localized messaging and proof-of-work
Continue evolving the website and content library as their service footprint expands
